  • This morning Megan said "What day is it?" I replied, "Saturday". She grinned and said "I sat on my bed!" Then she giggled a lot.


    Gene went off to work today. They have him on a very busy schedule right now. He has 8 days in a row of work without a day off and will have to work both New Year's Eve and New Years.


    On the home front, it will be another busy day. I need to do more work on my friend's website, finish the last couple loads of laundry, go to the post office to mail something I sold on eBay, deposit Gene's paycheck at the bank, pick up cat food at the grocery store, write thank you notes for Christmas gifts, fill about paperwork for our medi-cal application and get the monthly bills paid. Ack! Oh and I need to find time very soon to get Megan a haircut! I wonder if I she will end up looking like a bowl head if I try to do it myself.


    We received a gift certificate for a movie rental place as a Christmas gift so I think I will run by there and get a couple of movies for the girls so they will have something to do for a bit while I am stuck at my desk. Becca really wants to see The Princess Diaries.

  • Ohh...Lizard wants to know what Legoland did in their mini-city of New York with the World Trade Center?  We have been having debates of leave it there, take it down, make a lego ground zero.  I know we have sick minds.

Just take it slowly and check frequently on the result and you should get good results. My daughter used to love cutting hair and got pretty good at it. I used to cut my own hair with a straight razor.
