They warn you that kids will change your life, but they don't warn you how amazingly hyper they will get in the weeks and days before Christmas! Oh my gosh! Thank goodness the event is over, I don't think I could have survived another day. Becca was in our room at some ungodly hour, before the sun was even up, insisting we all go look at stockings, gifts and the Christmas tree. Oh wait, excuse me, Harry Potter was in our room at some ungodly hour...
Yes, Becca is still insisting she is Harry Potter. I think this is how parents go insane and end up spraying non-dairy whipped cream all over the dinning room one day.
Christmas has actually been lovely, relaxed and very nice. I recieved a wonderful red, fuzzy robe as a gift and plan on putting it to a lot of use this winter. The girls loved all their gifts, which for once, were not too many. We then went to a friends house for a big noontime meal and relaxed. Tonight, two of Becca's friends are spending the night for a giggly slumber party in the living room.
I hope everyone else had a wonderful day. Merry Christmas!

LOL, the whipped cream story surfaces again.
It was great to talk to you on the phone. So glad the girls had a good time. I love you and miss you.
I rather like Becca as Harry Potter. Especially if Megan is his owl.
Oh, how funny. When we were preparing the desserts today, Aunt Dolly picked up the whipped cream, shook it, and said, "I could go crazy with this," and I immediately thought of the whipped cream on the dining room wall story. Maybe the season brings it out. Since Becca is so strongly affected by movies, maybe you can have her watch one where a little girl earns millions of dollors for her family. Perhaps she would immitate that and end all of our money problems! Glad you had a nice Christmas. Love to all of you.
Becca cracks me up!
